Staining summary
HPA036188 Skeletal myocytes showed strong cytoplasmic staining while cardiac myocytes exhibited moderate positivity in fractions of cells. Alveolar macrophages were distinctly positive. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
HPA036189 Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with occasional nucleolar/nuclear or membranous staining. The adrenal, cardiac myocytes, exocrine pancreas, gastrointestinal tract and thyroid displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Fallopian tube and stomach exhibited strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Glial cells and spleen were weakly stained or negative.
