Most of the normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with a few cases of nuclear or membranous positivity. Strong staining was observed in squamous epithelium, exocrine pancreas, paneth cell, epididymis, endometrial glands, breast and decidual cells. Spleen and most cells in CNS were weakly stained or negative.

Moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity was seen in most normal tissues. Adrenal gland, renal tubules, urothelium, follicle cells of ovary and Purkinje cells were strongly stained. Lymphoid tissues and renal glomeruli were generally negative.
