The small intestine, stomach, hepatocytes, pancreas, gall bladder, Leydig cells, epididymis, Purkinje cells and skeletal muscle displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Hepatocytes in liver, squamous cells in skin, neuronal cells, adrenal glands, glandular cells in stomach displayed additional nuclear immunoreactivity. Salivary glands, melanocytes, large intestine and stomach exhibited strong staining. Glial cells, pneumocytes, bile ducts, islets of Langerhans, stromal cells in uterus and ovary were in general weakly stained or negative.
