Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in a subset of cells in exocrine pancreas. Basal layer in epidermis and skeletal myocytes showed moderate staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.

Lung macrophages, decidual cells and a subset of cells in seminiferus ducts showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Thyroid, Leydig cells, adipocytes and cardiac myocytes showed moderate positivity. Fallopian tube and uterine gland displayed additional membranous positivity. The adrenal, Purkinje cells, neuronal cells of cerebral cortex and squamous epithelium of vagina showed moderate nuclear immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
