A majority of normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic often granular positivity. Nuclear staining was observed in the granular layer of cerebellum. Gastric chief cells and adrenal cortical cells were strongly stained. Kidney, prostate, most cells in CNS and lymphoid tissues were negative.
