Ciliated cells in respiratory epithelium and fallopian tubes showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Epididymis and parts of gastrointestinal tract, neuropil, neuronal cells in hippocampus and cells in seminiferous ducts showed weak to moderate staining. Other normal tissues were mainly negative.
HPA046280
Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Respiratory epithelia and fallopian tube showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Strong cytoplasmic positivity was exhibited in germinal center cells, cells in seminiferous ducts of testis, epididymis and peripheral nerve. Hepatocytes, glial cells, placenta and muscle tissues were negative.
CAB005417
Weak or moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Endothelia and normal breast glands were strongly stained. Strong nuclear staining was observed in hematopoietic cells and in a subset of salivary ductal cells. Spleen and most cells in cerebellum were negative.
CAB012406
Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. The respiratory tract and glandular cells of appendix, gall bladder, fallopian tube and epididymis as well as seminiferous ducts of testis and kidney tubules demonstrated strong immunoreactivity.
