Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. Strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining was observed in cells of seminiferous ducts and strong cytoplasmic staining was seen in respiratory epithelium of bronchus. Liver, spleen and stromal cells in ovary and endometrium was negative.
