Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in squamous epithelia, gastrointestinal tract and cells of renal tubules. Bone marrow poietic cells and cells in red pulp of spleen showed strong nuclear staining. Liver, exocrine pancreas and cells in seminiferous duct were weakly stained or negative.
