Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Strong staining was observed in respiratory epithelia, intestinal tract, gall bladder and subsets of skeletal muscle cells. Neuronal cells showed distinct nucleolar positivity. Bile ducts, pancreatic islets, glial cells and the spleen were negative.
