A majority of normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity combined with nuclear staining in a few cases. Spermatogonia in seminiferous ducts showed strong cytoplasmic staining. The lung, liver, pancreatic islets, skin, placental trophoblasts, glial cells and smooth muscle were negative.
