Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining. Rare case of glioma was strongly positive. Majority of lymphomas, skin, pancreatic and liver cancers were negative.
Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in a few cases. Most cases of lymphoma, carcinoid, renal, pancreatic, liver, endometrial and prostate cancers were negative.
Most cancer tissues showed moderate to strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining.

This gene encodes a nuclear protein that is cleaved by caspase 3 and is implicated in the control of apoptosis.
