Trophoblasts, Leydig cells, adrenal, respiratory epithelium, stomach and salivary gland showed strong cytoplasmic staining with often granular pattern. Duodenum and small intestine displayed positivity in luminal membranes. Remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.

Inflammatory cells along with cells in red pulp of spleen and hematopoietic cells showed distinct cytoplasmic staining. The heart displayed strong positivity in cytoplasmic and intercalated discs. Weak to moderate positivity was observed in squamous epithelia and skeletal muscle. Remaining normal tissues were negative.

Normal tissues generally displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Thyroid, hematopoietic cells, neuronal cells in hippocampus and decidual cells were strongly positive. Strong nuclear staining was observed in seminiferus duct cells. Bile duct cells and islets of Langerhans were negative.
