Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Additional membrane staining was observed in stomach and gall bladder. The liver, breast, prostate, lymphoid tissues and most soft tissues were negative.

Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nuclear positivity was observed in squamous epithelia, thyroid and lymphoid tissues. Small intestine, stomach and gall bladder displayed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity while cells in seminiferous ducts exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Glial cells, adipocytes and peripheral nerves were weakly stained or negative.
