Normal squamous epithelia, air way epithelium, urothelium and intestinal glands showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were in most cases weakly stained or negative.

Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Strong cytoplasmic staining was seen in squamous epithelia, urothelium and most intestinal glands. Glial cells, liver and lymphoid tissues except red pulp of spleen were weakly stained or negative.

The intestine, urothelium, squamous and airway epithelia were strongly stained. A majority of the remaining normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity except liver, CNS and reaction center cells which were negative.
