Occasional cases of prostate cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. A subset of tumor cells in a single case of duct carcinoma of breast exhibited strong membranous staining. Remaining tumour tissues were negative.
Few cases of squamous cell carcinomas of cervix, renal, liver cancers and a single case of urothelial cancer showed moderate to strong membranous staining. Prostate and skin cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining while a single case of follicular adenocarcinoma displayed strong positivity. Several cases of melanomas exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
