Most of the normal cells displayed moderate nuclear positivity. Additional cytoplasmic staining was observed in prostate, stomach, ovarian and endometrial stroma. Gall bladder and epididymis exhibited additional nuclear and membranous staining. Respiratory epithelia and small intestine were strongly stained. Myocytes, follicle cells and placental trophoblastic cells were negative.

Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in renal glomeruli, glial cells, neuropil and peripheral nerves. The liver, renal tubules, female genital tract, prostate, thyroid and hematopoietic cells were negative.
