Strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining was observed in a subset of renal tubules while pancreatic ducts showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Hepatocytes, renal glomeruli and myoepithelial cells displayed moderate staining. Moderate to strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity was expressed in gastrointestinal tract, gall bladder, bile ducts and glial cells. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.

Exocrine glandular cells, small intestine and myocytes in skeletal muscles showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Cells in seminiferous ducts, trophoblasts, neuronal cells, glandular cells in stomach and fallopian tubes displayed moderate staining. Other normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
