Majority of cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous or nuclear staining in several cases. Lymphomas, carcinoids, testicular cancers along with several cases of cervical, lung, stomach cancers and gliomas were negative.
Most cancer tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in few tissues. Additional nuclear positivity was observed in liver cancers. A majority cases of breast, prostate, colorectal and thyroid cancers along with few melanomas, renal, urothelial, ovarian and endometrial cancers displayed strong immunoreactivity. Several cases of gliomas, lymphomas along with skin and lung cancers were weakly stained.
