Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear and/or membranous positivity was observed in most cancer tissues. Gliomas, lymphomas and melanomas as well as testicular cancers were generally negative.
Several pancreatic cancers and occasional breast and skin cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Remaining cancers were in general weakly stained or negative.
