A subset of adrenal glandular cells displayed strong cytoplasmic and membranous while Leydig cells exhibited strong membranous staining. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in endocrine cells in stomach. Respiratory epithelia and Purkinje cells showed weak to moderate immunoreactivity. Remaining normal cells were negative.

Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear positivity in several cases. Soft tissues, lung, glial cells, bile ducts and hematopoietic cells were negative.

Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in Purkinje cells and heart myocytes. Lung, skin, placenta, breast, prostate, spleen, hematopoietic cells, smooth muscle cells and soft tissues were negative.
