Staining summary
A majority of normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining often combined with nuclear positivity. Smooth muscle exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Liver, lymphoid tissues, skeletal muscle and cells in the CNS were generally negative.
