Glandular cells generally displayed strong positivity in luminal membranes often combined with additional weak cytoplasmic staining. Cilia showed distinct immunoreactivity. Remaining normal cell types were in general negative.

Moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in bronchus, intestinal glands, renal tubules, breast, smooth muscle and cardiomyocytes. Skeletal myocytes, luminal membrane in pancreas and salivary gland were strongly stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observes in the majority of normal tissues. Distinct staining was often observed in luminal membranes e.g. bile ducts in liver and intercalated ducts in pancreas. Bowmans capsule in the kidney were strongly stained. Cells in CNS and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
