Strong cytoplasmic positivity was seen in gastro-intestinal tract, prostate and in cells of renal tubules and red pulp of spleen. Bile canaliculi in liver, exocrine pancreas and breast glands showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. The remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining was displayed in several tissues including GI, breast, salivary gland, prostate, esophagus and renal tubules in kidney and red pulp of spleen. Additional membranous positivity was observed in most glandular epithelia and urothelial cells. Cells in CNS were weakly stained or negative.
