The small intestine, seminal vesicle and a subset of bone marrow cells exhibited strong granular cytoplasmic staining while moderate immunoreactivity for example was observed in breast, neurons, airways and cells in seminiferus ducts. Remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.

Most of the normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity which often had a granular pattern. Strong staining was observed in the small intestine, renal tubuli, seminal vesicle and breast. The liver, lung, urothelium, placenta and most lymphoid cells were negative.
