Most normal and cancer tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity and that in cases was combined with membranous positivity. Strong staining was for example observed in endometrial glands, seminiferous ducts, neurons and placenta. Alveolar cells, squamous epithelia, adrenal cortex, cells in red pulp of spleen and liver were weakly stained or negative.

Most of the normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern combined with nuclear staining in a few cases. Lung, squamous epithelium, spleen, heart and skeletal myocytes were weakly stained or negative.
HPA031503
Most normal tissues showed moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. The small intestine, exocrine pancreas, gall bladder, adrenal cortex, placental trophoblasts and neurons were strongly stained.
