Staining summary
HPA031126 Cardiomyocytes and subsets of cells in renal glomeruli showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity while basal cells in squamous epithelia displayed moderate staining. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.
CAB022592 Normal tissues demonstrated moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining, often combined with nuclear positivity. Intestinal glands showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Distinct nucleolar positvity was observed in neurons while strong homogenous nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in seminiferus duct cells.
