Staining summary
HPA002548 A majority of normal tissues showed nuclear and cytoplasmic staining of moderate intensity. Strongest positivity was observed in parathyroid and adrenal gland. In the gastrointestinal tract, additional extracellular positivity was found.
CAB022718 Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining, often combined with nuclear positivity, was observed in normal tissues. Purkinje cells showed distinctly stained nuclei while the salivary gland demonstrated strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity.
