Staining summary
HPA039927 Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Respiratory epithelia, gall bladder, superficial gastric mucosa, the basal layers in squamous epithelia, prostate and urothelium exhibited strong immunoreactivity. The small intestine, hepatocytes, islets of Langerhans, parathyroid gland, trophoblasts, Purkinje cells and lymphoid tissues were negative.
HPA040857 Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Liver, cells in the CNS and lymphoid tissues were in general negative.
