A majority of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity. Subset of cells in seminiferous ducts exhibited strong staining. Strong membranous staining was observed in renal tubules while smooth muscles showed strong cytoplasmic staining. The lung, liver, pancreas, skin, prostate, neuronal cells and soft tissues were negative.
