Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in most normal tissues. Endothelial cells and neuronal cells showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining was obserbed in smooth muscle cells, lung and decidual cells. Respiratory epithelial cells. cells in intestinal glands and exocrine pancreas, glial cells and lymphoid cells were negative.
