Strong immunoreactivity was observed in seminiferus duct cells, pancreatic islets and subsets of pneumocytes. Neurons in the CNS, the adrenal gland and renal tubuli showed moderate staining. Normal tissues in general displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity in fractions of cells while the remaining cells were negative.
