Staining summary
HPA043066 Normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in many cases. Adrenocortical cells, bone marrow cells, bronchus, duodenum, testis and subsets of non-germinal center cells of lymphoid tissue were strongly stained. Glial cells, ovary, smooth and skeletal muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
HPA048440 Normal tissues showed moderate granular cytoplasmic staining. Salivary gland, gastrointestinal tract, ovarian follicle cells and cells in seminiferus ducts displayed strong granular cytoplasmic staining. Hematopoietic cells, skeletal myocytes and CNS were weakly stained or negative.
