Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in several tissues. Rare case of prostate cancer was strongly stained. Majority of the gliomas, lymphomas, skin, lung and cervical cancers were negative.
Most cancer tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strong staining in a few adenocarcinomas of colon, melanomas, gliomas and carcinoids. Cancer cells of skin, testis, prostate and lymphoid tissues were negative or showed weak staining.
