Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining which in some was combined with membranous positivity. Seminiferus duct cells showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Liver, muscle, cells in CNS, lymphoid tissues and squamous epithelium were in general negative.
