Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern was observed in most normal tissues. Cardiac muscle, hepatocytes, renal tubules, parietal cells in gastric glands, testicular cells and the intestine displayed strong immunoreactivity. Squamous epithelia, renal glomeruli and bile duct cells were negative.

Normal tissues showed moderate to strong granular cytoplasmic staining. Bile duct cells, most cells in CNS and renal glomeruli showed weak positivity or were negative.

Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate granular cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in the gastrointestinal tract, hepatocytes, renal tubules, urothelium and the adrenal cortex. Alveolar cells, bile duct cells, ovarian and endometrial stroma was negative.
