Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. In normal tissues, gastrointestinal glandular cells, trophoblastic cells, urothelium and cells in seminiferus duct exhibited strong positivity. Liver, cells in glomeruli, cervix, prostate, myocytes and CNS tissues were mainly negative.
