Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Stomach, liver, seminiferous ducts of testis and Purkinje cells were strongly stained. A fraction of neuronal cells in CNS and spermatids in testis displayed additional nuclear staining. Pancreatic islets, lymphoid tissues, glial cells were in general negative.
