Staining summary
HPA027305 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Urinary bladder, lymphoid tissue and bone marrow poietic cells showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Liver and subsets of cells in CNS were negative.
CAB004031 Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in immune cells. A few cells in fallopian tube and respiratory epithelium as well as macrophages of several tissues showed strong nuclear positivity. Moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in placenta, breast and intestinal glands. Other normal tissues were in general negative.
