Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity in cases combined with nucleolar staining. Cells in seminiferous ducts showed strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in the intestine and gall bladder. Alveolar cell, liver, bone marrow, glial cells and most lymphoid cells were negative.
HPA029667
Breast, urothelium, pancreatic ducts and salivary gland ducts showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining while respiratory epithelia along with trophoblastic cells exhibited moderate positivity. Purkinje cells displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
HPA029668
Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Nuclear staining was observed in neuronal cells and seminiferous duct cells. Alveolar cells, hepatocytes, endocrine glands, glial cells, lymphoid tissues and myocytes were negative.
HPA029669
Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in several cases. Respiratory epithelia, squamous epithelia, placental trophoblasts, renal tubules, glial cells and subsets of neurons were strongly stained. Spleen and bone marrow poietic cells were negative.
