Staining summary
HPA004805 Normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity.
HPA038771 Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining combined with nuclear positivity in a few cases. Cardiac myocytes showed strong cytoplasmic staining while strong nuclear positivity was observed in bronchus and skeletal muscle. Alveolar cells, pancreastic islets, renal glomeruli, ovary, breast, smooth muscle and lymphoid tissues were negative.
HPA038772 Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. Strong staining was observed in gastrointestinal tract, cervical glands and respiratory epithelia. The liver, alveolar cells, pancreatic islets, glial cells and lymphoid reaction centers were negative.
