Most of the normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Strong staining was observed in parietal cells of stomach, salivary ductal cells, prostate and subsets of renal tubuli. Spleen, islet cells of pancreas, smooth muscle were either negative or weakly stained.
