Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining with a granular pattern which in a few cases was combined with nuclear positivity. Strong staining was observed in Purkinje cells and subsets of cells in renal glomeruli. Alveolar and lymphoid cells were in general weakly stained or negative.
