Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate granular cytoplasmic positivity. Leydig cells, adrenal glands and white pulp in spleen showed strong staining. Muscle tissues, glial cells, lung, placenta, urothelium, squamous cells and stromal cells in uterus and ovary were negative.

Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in the basal layers of squamous and airway epithelia. The gastrointestinal tract, pancreatic intercalated ducts and renal tubules showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
