Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Nuclear positivity was for example observed in neuronal cells in the CNS. Mucus in glandular cells of the gastrointestinal tract and the salivary glands showed strong staining. Bile duct cells and ovarian stromal cells were weakly stained or negative.
