Staining summary
Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear positivity in few tissues. Purkinje cells, epididymis, bile duct cells, oral mucosa, islets of Langerhans and most of the soft tissue were weakly stained or negative.
