Staining summary
Normal tissues exhibited cytoplasmic staining which in most cases had moderate to strong intensity. Additional membranous staining was for example observed in the intestine and pancreatic intercalated ducts while cells in the CNS and placenta displayed nuclear positivity. Renal tubules, spermatids and decidual cells displayed strong cytoplasmic staining.
