Malignant cells displayed weak to moderate nuclear and occasional cytoplasmic positivity. Several cases of malignant gliomas, lymphomas and liver cancers were negative.
Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in several liver cancers, a few cases of testicular cancers, gliomas, colorectal and prostate cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or generally negative.
