Intestine, exocrine pancreas, urothelial cells, uterine gland, breast and trophoblastic cells displayed strong cytoplasmic staining with membranous positivity in fallopian tube. Nasopharynx, salivary gland, thyroid, pararthyroid, renal tubules and subset of immune cells were moderately immunoreactive. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in glandular tissues. Muscle tissues, respiratory epithelial cells, fallopian tubes, small intestine and glandular cells in breast displayed strong immunoreactivity. Lung, hepatocytes, islet of Langerhans, stromal cells in uterus, cells in CNS and adipocytes were generally negative.
