Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often combined with membranous staining. Breast and prostate exhibited strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Islets of Langerhans displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Distinct staining was observed in neuropil and subsets of neuronal cells in CNS. Pneumocytes, bile duct cells, cells in glomeruli, most lymphoid cells, muscle and glial cells were negative.

A subset of neuronal cells in the CNS showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Neuropil showed weak to moderate immunoreactivity. Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in islet of Langerhans. Remaining normal cells were negative.
