Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often with a granular pattern. Strong granular cytoplasmic staining was observed in large intestine, adrenal cortex, renal tubules and prostate. Cells in CNS and smooth muscle cells were negative.
